This can be beneficial or detrimental.   This program provides the needed coverage to ensure everything is taken care of during the construction process. It covers the builder’s risk/course of construction coverages for owners/builders, contractors and developers building or remodeling either residential or small commercial properties at every stage of the build.   Commercial Risks

• The minimum premium is as low as $500 but it varies by state.
• $1,000,000 in value for the frame
• Up to $20,000,000 for other structure types

  Residential Risks

• Minimum premium as los was $400 but this also varies by state
• Frame value of up to $3,000,000.
• Other structure types are covered up to $20,000,000 also
